Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, leesniveau C1 New Year’s Eve at Camelot. King Arthur and his Court are awaiting the start of an extravagant feast. Suddenly, a strange and frightening Knight bursts into the hall: a mountain of a man, all in green, carrying an enormous axe. He mockingly challenges the Court to a shocking game, proposing an exchange of blows. Only the chivalrous Sir Gawain dares to face the Green Knight. But will this prove his undoing?
